Most products can be returned except masks and hats due to safety precautions. If a product is returned, it must be in the same condition that you received it. If a mask, or hat comes damaged, email us and we can resolve the issue.
On our website go to contact us to submit an email. Allow 2-4 days for a response. A return label will be sent to your email. Once the return has been packaged drop off at a local DHL. Please email us the tracking number and we will send out another product.

Due to our manufacturing company being international, we currently only offer DHL shipping. Delivery from time the customer orders usually takes only 7-12 business days to reiceve product.
