Currently, we are only doing exchanges and returns for equal value. No refunds are allowed!
Most products can be returned except masks and hats due to safety precautions. If a product is returned, it must be in the same condition that you received it. If a mask, or hat comes damaged, email us and we can resolve the issue.
On our website go to contact us to submit an email. Allow 2-4 days for a response. A return label will be sent to your email. Once the return has been packaged drop off at a local DHL. Please email us the tracking number and we will send out another product.
The return and exchange policy starts from the day the customer receives the tracking number.
Once you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent out. Within 3-4 business days you should receive a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after. Could be faster, depending on product design and material.
